One of my teaching philosophies is to not bury students with so much paperwork but instead push them to take action, and by action I mean, “to trade”. Why? because that’s how I build self-confidence and courage, by doing. Then heightened by personal development. Nothing teaches a child how to ride a bike than by actually riding a bike. You then gradually take off their training wheels and let them roam free. Performance will improve overtime if the student slowly build equity on the small wins while keeping the losses within threshold (for them not to blow up their account). There will be a bumps in the road and that is to be expected in trading. That is where our SSF community comes in, to celebrate wins and to offer a helping hand to pull them back up.
Sharing some trade specimens by my students. You guys are the next generation of momentum traders. With time & experience, you’d be able to get more comfortable on how we trade and be able to flow in and out of the trades with finesse and being confident to trade according to our style.
Pleased to see the team be able to crystallize the lessons into generating profits without taking too much time. Thanks to contributors of the trading library as this makes backtesting a breeze for everyone. 🙂
